Recipe for Bonefish Grill’s Fresh Apple Martini

My latest obsession is the popular Bonefish Grill Crushed Pineapple Martini! One of the reasons I like it so much is the St. Germain Elderflower liqueur it contains. Its so fragrant and tasty. Although its pricy, it is worth it! Its top shelf for a reason- QUALITY.

Plus, if you like Bonefish Grills Crushed Pineapple Martini and their Winter White Cosmo, youre in luck because both of them use St. Germain Elderflower liqueur!

However, because the liqueur is pricy and not a common liqueur, I do offer a substitute below. But, please read the NOTE at the end. And dont dare leave this page without checking out all of my cocktail recipes! I know youll find others youll want to try.

This Crushed Pineapple Martini is a wonderful summer-style cocktail to drink in February when you feel like spring is never going to come. It reminds you that warm weather is around the corner, just a few weeks away.

Of course, its perfect for a summer cocktail to sip on your deck while youre watching your husband cut the grass. Yes, I do this and he doesnt even give me a jealous look. He just grins.

Whats great about this cocktail is you can control the amount of sweetness. Add a little less simple syrup if youd like it to be not as sweet.

4 Each 6 oz fresh swordfish steak½ tsp Kosher salt¼ tsp Freshly ground black pepper4 TBSP Crumbled feta cheese16 Each Pumpkin Ravioli 2 qts Boiling water1 tsp Shallots, ¼ dice2 tsp Fresh sage leaves, roughly chopped2 TBSP Frenchs crispy onions1 TBSP Chopped parsley

1. Season the swordfish steaks with salt and pepper.2. Grill for 60 seconds and flip swordfish over.3. Place 1 TBSP of crumbled feta cheese on top of each steak.4. Move steaks to the coolest part of the grill and cook to an internal temperature of 135.5. Remove from the grill and keep warm.6. Place the ravioli into the boiling water and cook following the package instructions.7. Drain the ravioli in a colander.8. Melt the butter in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.9. Add the shallots and chopped sage leaves cook until the butter just begins to brown.10. Immediately after the butter begins to brown, add the drained ravioli and toss to coat the pasta.11. Place the ravioli in the center of a large warm Pasta serving platter.12. Arrange the swordfish around the outer edges of the pasta.13. Sprinkle the crispy onions and chopped parsley over the pasta and fish.14. Serve with your favorite vegetable side dish.

Roll 1 time with a shaker tin and pour into rocks glass. Ice Pick 2 oz Svedka Vodka, Fill with Iced Tea, 2 Lemon Wedges. Squeeze the 2 lemon wedges and drop into a beverage highball glass. Add remaining ingredients and roll 1 time. Pour mixture into highball glass. Garnish with lemon wedge. Kir Royal 1 oz Chambord, 4 oz Caposaldo Prosecco.

Well, Im not a stranger to Bonefish Grill and their tasty cocktail list! Their signature Winter White Cosmo was so delicious, I knew I had to make a copycat recipe so I could enjoy it at home for far less than $11 per cocktail. Therefore, I excitedly created the perfect Winter White Cosmo copycat recipe! It was my number one recipe in 2021 and highly rated!

How To Make Old Fashioned Cedar Plank Salmon And Fresh Apple Martini From Bonefish Grill

CINCINNATI -Customers can now bring Bonefish Grill right to their kitchen with recipes such as an old fashioned cedar plank Salmon and a fresh apple martini.


  • 2 each Cedar Planks
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • 2 each 7-8 oz Salmon Fillets, Skin Off
  • 2 TBSP + 2 tsp Maple Bourbon Glaze
  • Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ fl oz Cherry Gastrique
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley, Chopped
  • Soak the cedar planks in water for 6-12 hours.
  • Lay out the cedar planks on a sheet tray with the smoother side up.
  • Spray each cedar plank with olive oil for 2-3 seconds.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a small bowl and add 2 tablespoons of the maple bourbon glaze.
  • Gently massage the glaze into the salmon.
  • Place the glazed salmon fillets onto the center of each cedar plank.
  • Wipe off any drippings from the glaze.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over each piece of salmon.
  • Place the salmon in your preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until done and salmon can be easily flaked with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven and spoon 1 teaspoon of maple bourbon glaze over each piece of salmon.
  • Ladle 3/4 fl oz of cherry gastrique with whole cherries over each piece of salmon.
  • Transfer the cedar planks to a plate and garnish each with a ¼ tsp of parsley and orange zest.
  • Serve with your two favorite sides.
