Alexis Gay: What keeps you up at night? What’s hard right now. What challenges you as co-CEOs?
Lee: It’s a really timely question because there are some key challenges that we’re facing today where, as a company, we’re very rapidly growing. We’re very grateful for that, but that comes with a challenge around how we can make sure that everyone stays motivated and our culture is maintained.
