How To Make Ranch Chicken Its So Easy
I cant even tell you how EASY this recipe is. Seriously so simple to make, and you get chicken and veggies done in one pan. Less than 10 minutes of prep, and then you just pop it in the oven.
VEGGIES. We started the recipe by chopping up our potatoes and adding them and the carrots to a gallon bag. From there, we added some olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix. We shook all of it up in the bag and added it to a greased baking sheet.
CHICKEN. We did the exact same thing with the chicken and placed it on the same sheet.
BAKE. We baked this for 35-40 minutes , and had a new delicious recipe loved by the whole family.
What do you do if the veggies or the chicken is done before the other? If the veggies are done before the chicken simply take them off the baking sheet and keep them warm in a covered container. If the chicken is done before the veggies you can do the same thing.

All you need is to grab some spices from your spice cabinet to whip up this recipe. Before you do make sure youre not using old spices that have maybe been pushed way in the back of the cabinet for awhile. Now is a good time to restock your spice cabinet and toss any old ones. Using a good blend of spices is also recommended to get the best results. I personally like Simply Organic spices. I think the quality is superb and fresh. You can find them at many grocery stores, Amazon or Thrive Market. I often toss them into my Amazon prime orders since theyre usually an add-on item but the cost is super reasonable and a great way to grab good quality spices.
Once you gather all your spices ready together its time to mix it up! Simply but all the spices in a medium bowl and give it a good toss. I like to get my hands in there and massage the spices with my fingers to really get them blended together. I know that sounds corny but its just what I do and I think helps. You could also pulse them in a food processor a few times but I usually dont want to get more dishes dirty so I just stick with my hands and bowl. You could even skip that part all together and just put all the spices in a medium mason jar give it a good shake and your done. I like to take that one extra step of really mixing them together with my hands in a bowl then I pour the spice mix in a mason jar and its ready to go.

It’s easy to make homemade ranch dip with this seasoning, rather than buying a packet from a store. Just combine 3 Tablespoons dry mix with 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 sour cream, and up to 1/2 cup milk. Add more milk if you prefer thinner dip. This ranch dip is delicious for vegetable sticks, chips, crackers, and of coursewings!
To make ranch dressing instead, add another 1/4 cup of milk until the consistency is perfect for pouring over salad or other vegetables.

Slice each chicken breast into 2-3 thinner slices, about 1/2 inch thick. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Brush 1 side of each piece with melted butter and sear in olive oil for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown. Set aside.
