How To Follow A Raw Vegan Diet
To follow a raw vegan diet, you should first ensure that at least 75% of all the food you eat is raw or cooked at temperatures below 104118°F .

Eating Raw Foods Can Increase Your Energy
For me, this is one of the main benefits of eating a mostly raw food diet. Your energy levels should increase dramatically and you will be able to do things that you never thought youd have enough energy for.
And with the extra energy comes more mental clarity and better concentration. Im a writer, and for me there is a vast difference between my daily output before and after eating mostly raw foods.
I always tried my best to follow a healthy diet, but I still found it a struggle to get up in the mornings. I then had to have two or three cups of coffee before I could even think about doing any work. Also, my sleep was always pretty disturbed.
But now I get a very restful nights sleep and get up around 7am. By 10am Ive done more work than I did in whole day previously. This is great because it means I have more time to relax with family and friends.
And at the end of the day I still have lots of energy left over, so dont just slump in front of the TV like I did in the old days. Eating more raw foods has really transformed my life.
