An Incredibly Nourishing And Comforting Protein Drink

The first thing to do when making this drink is to boil a large pot of water to cook your four pounds of bones in. Youre going to want to cook them for about 10 minutes to remove any impurities. Youre then going to want to place them on a baking sheet and roast them for 20 minutes before finally transferring them into either a slow cooker or large stock pot. Once your bones are cooking in the slow cooker, they will have enough time for the collagen to seep out.
