Keto Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte: Easy 0 Carb Variant
When in hurry, my to-go option is adding a tablespoon of the unsweetened Pumpkin Spice Latte syrup to my coffee. In Europe, you can find this great syrup from Skinny Foods.
Took 10 days to arrive in the Netherlands, but believe me, its so worthy!
The only issue, is that the company doesnt sell more than 2 kilos to Holland .So, I had to order not more than 2 liters .Therefore, for only these 3 items, I had to pay 12,99 for delivery. Well, I am sure its worthy because here in the Netherlands we have many syrups, but couldnt find the PSL.
So happy me.
Keto Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
The keto Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte is the perfect drink when you are craving pumpkin spices but its warm outside and you dont feel like drinking a hot drink. Or is perfect if you live in a place where the Autumn is warm AF.
I love the sunny, warm Autumn days, and the Pumpkin Spice season, and I want to be able to enjoy both of them.Hence, this recipe is a great compromise.
Of course, when the Autumn gets nastier, stick to the warm keto Pumpkin Spice Latte.
The recipe is the same as the warm version. Only the procedure is a little bit different. Its easier I would say. Perfect to grab this Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte and catch the last rays of sun for the year.
Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe
I have to tell you, if you are like me and like to adjust flavors and spices in your foods and drinks, this is the way to go!
For my sons version, I only add about half of the pumpkin spice that I include in my pumpkin spice latte. When I need an extra pick-me-up, I sprinkle just a tad bit more spice on top of the whipped cream than I normally do.
The smell of that pumpkin spice is so warm and comforting! It makes me ready to trade my flip flops and t-shirts for boots and sweaters, to cheer on our favorite teams at football games, and to spend an afternoon picking out pumpkins for the front porch. Isnt it amazing how scents can do that? Im the same way about peppermint and Christmas even though I love peppermint all year long. Do you do that? Please say you do!
I enjoy all of the three ways to make these pumpkin spice delights depending on the time of day and what my cravings are at the time. Each version is so delicious and so simple to make!

How To Make Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
Add 2 shots espresso , 1 cup chilled milk, 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree, ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, and 2 teaspoon maple syrup to a blender.
Blend until everything comes together and becomes frothy.
Add 6-8 ice cubes to each serving glass.
Pour the coffee over ice.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately.
Storing Your Iced Psl
After you blend, store it in a mason jar or airtight container in the fridge for about a week. Separation is natural. Just give the jar a shake before you pour it over ice.
Ice it! If you want to get fancy, pour the blended mixture into ice cube trays to freeze them. Next time you have an iced coffee, pour it over your PSL ice cubes!

About This Iced Latte
If youre on the hunt for something a little different than everyones favorite pumpkin spice latte, youre going to love this cold version. If you love your coffee cold, dont miss our caramel iced coffee and our iced vanilla latte!
This PSL is not a one-for-one copycat of Starbucks because its made without pumpkin puree, which means theres no blending required. Instead, we use Torani pumpkin pie flavored syrup.
You can easily make this delicious drink at a fraction of the price youd pay at your local coffee shop. If you have an espresso machine youre way ahead of the game as its the easiest for making this recipe. Dont have one? No problem, a Nespresso machine or French press works too!
Using regular brewed coffee turns this into a café au lait, but if thats ok with you, then enjoy it just the same! Top off your iced pumpkin-flavored espresso with whipped cream or cinnamon whipped cream and a sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon sugar and its a drink you wont be able to resist!
Its also a perfect pairing for pumpkin chocolate chip pancakes or churro pancakes.
How To Store Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
Store leftovers without ice in a tightly closed glass jar or pitcher with a cap in the fridge. Separation occurs naturally if youre using pumpkin puree.
I dont recommend storing the drink once you have poured the latte over the ice. The ice cubes will melt eventually and water down the drink, which isnt desirable.

Ingredients For Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
Just a few simple ingredients are needed! But I bet you have them in your kitchen already!
- Espresso, or strong-brewed coffee, cooled. I use Starbucks brand coffee beans and grind them at home.
- Milk . I use non sweetened almond mil, but dairy milk and oat milk are great alternatives!
- Pumpkin puree. Make sure it is pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling, which has added sweeteners and spices.
- Maple syrup. You could also use honey or your favorite sweetener.
- Vanilla extract
- Pumpkin pie spice. This spice contains a blend of cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves, and allspice. You can buy it in a small tin for an outrageous price, or make your own .
- Pinch of sea salt. This really brings out the flavors.
- Ice cubes, I like using coffee ice cubes so I don’t get a watered down latte
- Whipped cream

What Is An Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
The pumpkin spice latte is an espresso drink that was launched by Starbucks in 2003 and has gained so much of a following that it is now affectionately known as a ‘PSL’. The store launched the pumpkin spice latte to only 100 stores initially, and it grew in popularity so fast that the following year it was offered nationwide.
An iced pumpkin spice latte is the cold version of the very popular PSL. Getting your pumpkin spice latte served over ice is as simple as asking for it from your barista!
McDonald’s and Dunkin Donuts have their own PSL versions, but I know that the homemade lattes are just better. They’re quick and can be made whenever the craving hits you!

This vegan iced pumpkin spice latte recipe will become your favourite Fall sip. Made with wholesome ingredients, no added sugar yet ALL the deliciousness. Naturally sweetened with dates, real pumpkin and vanilla, and topped with whipped coconut cream. It’s an easy and healthy recipe we make on repeat to celebrate Fall. And the best part? It’s done in literally 5 minutes.
So we’re well into Fall, friends. This past weekend, in Toronto, I felt the drop in temperature. And, honestly, it felt like the perfect time to dive into my cans of pumpkin puree and happily add to my list of Desi~liciousvegan fall recipes. The kiddos continue to be in Summer mode enjoying nice cream recipes and snacking on frozen fruits. So it was a no-brainer to create a cold brew.
Plus, I was recently gifted with an espresso machine. Oh boy, coffee recipe requests from the fam flew in including a copycat of the famous Starbucks iced pumpkin spice latte. I’d be lying if I didn’t say I found myself craving one too… This cold pumpkin spice latte is perfect if you aren’t quite ready to part from your summery sips.
I have to acknowledge, though, that Starbucks’ version is far too sweet for my liking. Plus, the ingredient list is much longer than it really needs to be.

Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte Ingredients & Substitutions
Espresso. Technically a latte is espresso + milk so I highly recommend you grab yourself some espresso! If you dont have an espresso machine or you dont prefer it, you can sub in 1/2 cup of your favorite dark roast coffee.
Milk. Any kind you like! I love using oat milk lately but you can use almond milk or any kind of dairy milk!
Pumpkin Puree. This is going to give this PSL some P!
Agave Nectar. I love a touch of sweetness in my lattes so were just adding a tablespoon of agave nectar. If you prefer, you can use some honey or maple syrup!
Vanilla Extract. Just a little splash to give this latte some cozy flavor!
Pumpkin Pie Spice. This is what gives the PSL all that pumpkin flavor. I use about 1/4 teaspoon but depending how spiced you like it!
Salt. Just a pinch to help bring out some of the flavors!
Ice. Because its an iced latte! I bought nugget ice cube trays so I can pour this latte over adorable little ice cubes. You can use regular ice cubes, big ol ice cubes, but whatever you do, pour it over some ice ice baby!
Whipped Cream. When I take the extra time to make a fancy latte I dont skimp on anything! Top it with some whipped cream and a sprinkle of extra pumpkin spice.
