    How To Package Freezer Meals

    1) If youre making individual items like hamburgers, chicken tenders, or fish sticks, we suggest freezing them in single layers in a freezer bag or container and then divide those layers with parchment paper so they dont stick to each other.     Heat your skillet to high and add the steak, leaving it to cook for a good few minutes. Turn and cook for another three to four minutes, depending on how thick it is.
