Juicing is a powerful tactic used by a quickly-growing amount of people to lose weight fast, get proper nutrition, and help fuel healthy lifestyles.
Whenever I come from vacation or a particularly bad eating night, I reach for a healthy juice to cleanse my body and give my digestive system a break.
I am sharing 4 of our favorite juicing recipes with an assortment of fruits and vegetables for variety. Since my oldest daughter is a “health freak” we make these homemade juices every week and store them in jars in the refrigerator to make them easily accessible. It saves SO much money juicing at home!

Juicing is not a miracle drink that will burn off fat by itself. Youll have to do your part.
The most important thing is watching what you eat. What I mean is closely monitor your carbohydrate and sugar intake.
Cut down on eating rice, bread , chocolate, soda, bottled or canned juice and fried foods.
Then increase your intake of healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, steamed chicken or fish, oats and of course the recipes you see here.
Start your day right with a glass of warm lemon water then eat a hearty and healthy breakfast.
Try to avoid stuff like cheerios or granola bars because it contains lots of sugar.
Doing this is essential dont forget to exercise regularly at least three times a week for 15 to 30 minutes per session. Depending on your physical condition, youll have to choose the right exercise that will fit your fitness level.
Lastly, you should have the right motivation to lose weight because, without it, it will not be sustainable.
I can give you all the how-to principles, but if you dont have that inner drive and desire to better your health and not just focus on the scale.
