Storage And Reheating Tips For Cream Cheese Chicken:
Place any leftovers, once cooled, in a covered container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
You can reheat the chicken in the microwave.
I recommend slicing the cooked chicken strips into smaller pieces like 1-inch cubes or so to help it reheat more evenly.
Pop it in the microwave on a plate or in a bowl for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until its warmed through.
You can also try reheating this chicken with cream cheese in a skillet on the stove. You may want to add some extra splashes of chicken broth to help loosen it up and create a sauce again so it doesnt dry out or thicken up too much.
I dont recommend freezing the leftovers of this chicken.
You can serve it again over rice with a veggie on the side or make a grain bowl or make a cheesy chicken wrap with the leftovers. You can even use this chicken for enchiladas to make a completely different meal another night.

You can chop your veggies and slice your chicken ahead of time, but otherwise, I recommend cooking this when you plan to eat it that night.

This Philly Cheese Steak Casserole has all of my favorite flavors from a traditional cheesesteak, but it’s budget-friendly and perfect for those on a keto diet! - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×9 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Dice the peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
- Add the ground beef to a skillet and cook over medium heat, crumbling as it cooks.
- When beef is broken apart, but still pink, add the peppers, onion, garlic, and seasoned salt. Continue cooking, stirring often, until beef is cooked through and vegetables have softened a bit.
- Drain grease from the skillet and pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Tear the cheese into small pieces and place over the beef mixture.
- Add the eggs, cream, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to a mixing bowl and whisk well to combine.
- Pour the egg mixture over the beef and place the dish in the oven. Bake for 35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let sit 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Step 1 Preheat oven to 400°F .
- Step 2 Slice open the chicken breasts, keeping both sides attached for stuffing.
- Step 3 Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Step 4 Mix the Philadelphia cream cheese with the crushed garlic and a teaspoon of oregano.
- Step 5 Put a tablespoon of the Philadelphia mixture inside the chicken breasts and fold closed.
- Step 6 Mix the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and oregano.
- Step 7 Pour half of this mixture onto a plate.
- Step 8 Beat the egg inside a large bowl.
- Step 9 Dip the chicken breasts in the egg, then coat them with the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and oregano mixture.
- Step 10 Dip the chicken breasts in the egg again, then put them in the breadcrumbs mixture again.
- Step 11 Pour a tablespoon of olive oil into an oven dish, then add the chicken breasts.
- Step 12 Bake for 20 minutes.
- Step 13 Flip the chicken breasts and cook for another 20 minutes.

1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest |

8 ounces shredded Mexican cheese blend |
1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest |

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro |
Crackers or toasted bread, for serving |
Steps:
- For the cranberry relish: Pulse the jalapeno in a food processor until finely chopped. Add the cranberries pulse until finely chopped . Transfer to a bowl and stir in the sugar, scallions, orange zest and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- For the cream cheese log: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, shredded cheese, lime zest and 1/4 teaspoon salt with a wooden spoon or spatula until well blended. Mix in the cilantro. Spoon onto a large piece of plastic wrap and form into an even 1-inch-diameter log. Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Right before serving, unwrap the log and transfer it to a serving plate. Drain the cranberry mixture well, then carefully spoon a thick layer of it onto the cheese log, pressing all over to cover. Clean any spills from the serving plate and serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread.

How To Make Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken
I used my 6-quart slow cooker for this recipe. The first step is to place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. You could also use boneless chicken thighs if you prefer dark meat.
In a small bowl, mix together Italian seasoning, celery seed, onion powder, salt, pepper and garlic cloves. Sprinkle this mixture evenly on top of the chicken.
Pour the cans of Cream of Mushroom soup on top of the seasoned chicken. You dont need to add water to the cans. Just the soup is all youll need.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. You can use a meat thermometer to check if its completely cooked if you like.
At the 8 hour mark, shred the chicken with two forks. It should be super tender and fall apart really easily. Add in cream cheese and cover again. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour.
Stir again to incorporate the melted cream cheese. You can sprinkle chives on top before you serve.
