Aroma: Sweet, fruity, specially sweet and buttery on the nose.
Taste: A strong initial taste of vanilla and nutmeg before hitting you with a measure of honeyed sweetness. There is also a steady burn with a warming, bitter finish.
Quite a distinctive flavour. It tastes like brown sugar with a hint of chocolate on the finish. The smell scared the pants off me at first as I was thinking of two things sex and whiskey. I dont think the bottle makes enough of a note of the chocolate notes. I think Pinnacle have lost the chocolate vodka edge. The only chocolate I can get down my throat is the kind I eat.

a bunch of us had this at the after party of my wedding this weekend. all the adults loved it and the kids were jealous. didnt try drinking it alone, but its great mixed with a little bit of milk w/ splashes of maple syrup or chocolate syrup or baileys. I want to mix it with a mudslide or shake. Its great for some different drinks. It does have a cookie dough taste. Last year when everyone was trying to do cookie dough, like Dunkin donuts, that tasted like peroxide. This does actually have a cookie dough taste. Its not something that I will be drinking everyday but to mix it up for some fun drinks It is better then I thought.

How To Make A Mint Chip Cookietini
First, start by grating some chocolate for some chocolate shavings. You could also use finely chopped Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies or any chocolate cookie or even chocolate graham crackers.
Next, place the milk/cream, cookie dough vodka, chocolate vodka, and creme de menthe in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake about 30 seconds.
Instead of milk or cream, you could also use half-and-half, melted vanilla ice cream, or your favorite dairy substitute.
I used Pinnacle Cookie Dough Vodka, Pinnacle Chocolate Vodka , and crème de menthe. Feel free to use a different brand or cookie vodka.
Dip the rim of the martini glass in chocolate syrup and roll in chocolate shavings or cookie crumbs.
