I wouldnt freeze the pre-made smoothies. When you re-thaw then they tend to separate and get weird and frothy. You can put all of your ingredients into a ziploc bag and freeze that so all you have to do is throw it in a blender and add a liquid.
If I prepare these ahead of time how long can I freeze each premade smoothie?

But, theres more to it than that:
- Choose high-quality calories. You also have to take into account the quality of your calories if you want to really thrive.
