I usually base my plant-based recipes on the most comforting, traditional recipes I can find, so the methods for making them are usually pretty straightforward too. The only real difference most of the time is that I sub-in plant-based ingredients for anything in a traditional recipe that might be animal based. Plant-based substitutes can easily be found in any grocery store now. Theyve gotten to be much better tasting and much more affordable as well!
