    Next, we need to open up and drain 2 cans of tuna . For this recipe, you need a total of 10 ounces which is about 7 ounces drained.

    Once the liquid is drained, combine the tuna with the rest of the ingredients, all except the eggs. More specifically, in a large bowl, mix the chopped and minced herbs and vegetables from the previous step, cup of panko bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, ¼ teaspoon of kosher salt and black pepper .

    Taste the mixture and adjust for seasonings.

    Finally, add 2 slightly beaten eggs and stir until well combined.

    Use a large ice cream scoop or a ¼ cup measuring spoon to scoop out the mixture. Place them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
